Easter Weekend

We had a wonderful Easter in the Central Valley.  We played badminton, colored eggs, had Nana and Papa down for dinner and made some wonderful memories.  Rylan is so lucky to have such fun Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Great Grandparents!

The last hour of our drive was a little rough.  If I ever sing the Itsy Bitsy Spider again, it will be too soon.

Everyone was REALLY excited to see Uncle Sean

Reese made a choke hazard... err I mean bracelet for her favorite cousin

We love spending time with Grandma

Happy Easter

Our drive home included a screaming baby, traffic, and a major diaper blow out, which resulted in Easter brunch at Red Lobster in Valencia....

and it was absolutely perfect.

Once again, Rylan had a great time at her local brewery.  Our friends, James and Francis stopped by for a beer.  Rylan also tried some new foods and worked outside while Mom gardened.  It was a good week!

Every week I spend with Rylan is special but this week was EXTRA special because Grandma and Nana came to visit!  We had so much fun eating, getting my hair cut (THANK YOU Grandma!!) and celebrating St. Patrick's Day!

Tio Matt and Tia Romina do rock!

Aunt Maureen met us for beers at our local brewery.  We are so happy she lives right down the street from us now!

Rylan worked on her bouncing skills at Uncle Warren and Aunt Maureen's

She greeted Grandma and Nana with smiles

She loves Grandma's phone already

We shopped til she dropped

Aunt Shar even made time to visit!!

Grandma and Nana had to make a pit stop coming up the hill

Grandma bought Rylan baby "cookies" which she loved

This week Rylan took Dad to the zoo.  Enjoyed brunch at The Hills.  Stayed in on a Rainy Monday and played in the park.  Rylan is a busy girl these days and she wouldn't have it any other way!

Dad dressed Rylan for the zoo.  Complete with sparkly shoes from Aunt Lila.

Breakfast picnic with Dad

Rylan has so much fun during our breakfast picnic, she slept through most of the zoo.

We are so happy to have Uncle Warren and Aunt Maureen in the "hood"

LOVE-ing her new sweatshirt from Aunt Cam!

Everyone agreed, staying in on a rainy Monday is a must

Mom is not nearly as funny as Rylan thinks she is

Good to the last drop

There is something very nostalgic for me about pulling her shirt over her head.  I dare say, I enjoy it more than she does.

Still LOVES her beautiful, pink dog

Diva in the making

Rylan and I observed Lent by going to Point Loma Seafood for clam chowder

Pop has been working very hard lately.  Rylan passed out, sitting up, waiting for her Dad.  Mom almost did the same.
